Shipping and Delivery

We use Australia Post and our trusted courier partners to ensure every order arrives safely. Wherever possible, please provide a street address—PO Boxes, locked bags and parcel lockers may be undeliverable. If you’re not at home, you can authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or arrange a re-delivery. Once we dispatch your order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking ID so you can follow its journey online.

Parcel Tracking

You’ll receive full tracking details via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Local Pickup

Select “Local pickup” at checkout to collect from our Thomastown VIC 3074 warehouse. We’ll contact you to book a convenient time.

Shipping Charge

We offer a flat-rate of $19.99 Australia-wide.
Garden edging items incur a minimum delivery fee of $90, which may vary by size and destination.
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250 (garden edging excluded).

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pick, pack and dispatch your order.

Transit Time

Delivery times vary by location. Your tracking notification will include an estimated arrival date. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within that window, please email us at [email protected].

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your items arrive damaged or faulty, contact Gardening Direct Australia immediately. We’ll prioritise a repair or replacement.

Incorrect Items

If we’ve sent you the wrong product, we’ll refund any delivery charges and arrange a prompt exchange.
